I get to see them come in as freshmen often into a new job and grow each semester in their duties and responsibilities,鈥 says Matthew Gaulding 鈥12 MBA, Rec Sports鈥 manager. 鈥淎nd the best part is to see them graduate and we get to share stories about when they started and where they are now. They always ask for me to give them references and stay in touch. It is a great feeling to know that I helped and impacted their college experience in such a meaningful way.鈥
